Tuesday, September 25th-

  • 4th grade will go to the History Walk at Catawba Meadows.

  • Interim reports go home.


Wednesday, September 26th-

  • Boy Scouts interest meeting in the cafeteria at 1:30pm.

  • RotoKids Club will meet from 2:45-3:15pm.

  • Boys Running Club will meet from 2:45-3:30pm.  Mr. Daigler sent home new permission slips for this club to all boys in grades 3-5.  Students will give these to Mr. Daigler. If your student did not get a permission slip, please have him to go by Mr. Daigler’s room to get one.


Thursday, September 27th-

  • Book Fair will begin in the media center.  Hours are 8:25-3:00pm.

An important announcement from Draughn High School:

Draughn High School would like to invite students who play recreation league sports for Valdese, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc. to participate in the Draughn Homecoming Parade on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018.  We would love to have them dress in their uniforms and join the parade! The parade will line up behind Jack B Quick at 6:00pm. The parade will begin at 6:30pm. The finale will be a pep rally behind the Old Rock School!    We appreciate your support!
